I do a shop update once a month, where a limited amount of pieces are available. This is a first come first serve basis. I announce the exact restock date and time to my email subscribers first and then on my other soical platforms.

Yes! I send a preview page to my email subscribers. Along with pricing of each piece.

If your piece has any gold on it, no it is not. The dishwasher will slowly deteriorate the gold.

If it is free of gold, it is dishwasher and microwave safe.

However, I always recommend not putting pottery in either of those because of how fragile pottery is to begin with. It will also make your piece last longer. :)

Currently, my custom orders are closed. I occasionally open a few slots up!

Shipping

If you have received your item and it has been damaged/broken, send me an email immediately. Please include photos of the item and the box it was shipped in. You will only be refunded if you provide all of this within 48 hours of your package being delivered.If it has been over 48 hours you will not be refunded.

Once I drop your package off at the post office what happens next is out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something like this happens I kindly ask you to contact the shipping provider.

Handling time for shipping is 4-7 days. Shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number included. I do ship internationally. Please note, shipping time for overseas does take a lot longer for you to receive your item. Again, I am not responsible for lost packages.
